You don't need to have it all figured out, just the courage to explore what's next.

Hi, I'm Gaby, a transformative coach for capable, driven women who feel stuck, unclear, or caught in indecision as they approach the next chapter they're craving.
Hi, I'm Gaby, a transformative coach supporting capable, driven women who feel stuck, unclear, or caught in indecision as they approach the next chapter they're craving.
Free, 30 minutes, no pitch. Flexible evening and daytime slots.
Something quietly stopped fitting.
You may be in your late 20s or 30s with a solid CV, yet question whether the path you're on still fits. The choices feel heavier now: career shifts, relationships, identity, where to live, who to become.
You’ve outgrown the version of yourself that got you here.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before coaching. You just need to know something isn’t working anymore.
- Decisions get replayed at 2am instead of made.
- You have too many options and no idea which one is yours.
- Everyone says you're doing well, and you can't say out loud that it doesn't feel like it.
- Another engagement, another announcement, and you're grieving a timeline that didn't arrive.
“The best athletes and performers have coaches, not because they’re failing, but because progress comes from self-awareness, reflection and ongoing support. Coaching offers the same.”
So why do it alone?
How can transformative coaching help you?
Instead of clarity, you find yourself overthinking. Instead of confidence, you hesitate, staying in roles or relationships longer than you want, or feeling unsure how to navigate new opportunities.
Navigating change
Change can feel exciting and unsettling at the same time. I have been there. We work through change in any area of life and find actionable steps forward.
Career confidence
Whether you're stepping up in leadership, rethinking your path, or craving more fulfilment at work, coaching helps you quiet self-doubt and reconnect with your strengths.
Relationships and dating
How we connect with others often reflects how we relate to ourselves. Coaching gives you space to notice patterns, build confidence, and create genuine connection.
Women who were exactly here.
What a session actually looks like.
Around 60 minutes, just the two of us. Career, relationships and dating, confidence, direction: we start wherever it feels heaviest.
First ten minutes
We land on a goal for the session based on what you bring in. No rigid framework to fit into, just a clear direction that comes from the conversation.
The middle
We explore what is underneath. I use integrative psychology tools tailored to you, perspective shifting, acting as a mirror, future pacing, to dig into the belief patterns and stories sitting beneath the surface.
What you leave with
Steps forward, feeling lighter and rejuvenated. One session rarely fixes everything, but you will leave with a new insight that changes how you see the situation, and what to do next.

Hi, I’m Gaby!
I know what it feels like to lose direction and to find it again.
A quick introduction to me:
- Born in London, lived in Australia, Copenhagen & Tel Aviv
- Vinyasa & Rocket Yoga Teacher
- 13 years in corporate Learning & Development working in tech, pharmaceuticals, and other large corporations
- In training for my accredited diploma as a transformative coach
- Psychology graduate
I quit my corporate job at the age of 33 to pursue coaching.
Trained properly, and still supervised.
Coaching is an unregulated word, so here is exactly what sits behind mine. I am completing my Transformative Coaching Diploma, which means my client work is actively reviewed and mentored by experienced coaches. It is also why my rates currently sit below the market.
- BSc Psychology
- Animas Centre for Coaching
- Practice supervised and reviewed by experienced coaches
- Certificate in Therapeutic Skills & Studies, Metanoia Institute
- Introduction to Counselling Skills, The Minster Centre
Coaching or therapy?
Therapy tends to look backwards, helping you understand and heal what still shapes how you feel today. Coaching starts where you are now and works towards what comes next.
Transformative coaching goes further than goal-setting. We look at the stories running underneath the decision, not just the decision. Plenty of my clients have done therapy and found it valuable. This is a different room, for a different question.
You do not need a clear goal to start. Some clients arrive with a decision to make. Others arrive knowing only that something is off.
A thoughtful mirror, not a set of instructions.
Through coaching, we work with real situations from your life to understand how you're making decisions, unhelpful behavioural patterns you might not see, and what matters to you now. From there, we turn insight into practical, sustainable steps forward.
My approach is non-directive. Rather than telling you what to do, I listen carefully, ask precise questions, and hold space for real reflection, so awareness can turn into practical, sustainable action.
Where you are now, and where this goes.
Decisions get made
You choose in a week rather than circling the same question for a season.
You can see the pattern
What used to feel like bad luck in work or dating starts making sense, and stops repeating.
You stop asking everyone else
You leave with a next step you believe in, without needing three friends to approve it first.
Questions people ask before we start.
Still wondering something? The discovery call is a good place to ask.
Both are completely normal and neither is a problem. Plenty of clients arrive without a goal, only a sense that something is off, and the first sessions are about finding language for it. Tears are welcome. You do not need to arrive composed or prepared, and nothing you say will be too small or too messy.
Most clients leave the first session with one thing they understand about themselves that they didn't before, so something shifts quickly. Feeling steadily different, making decisions without the spiral, usually takes a few months of consistent work, which is why the four and eight session packages exist.
It's true. Coaching has become a bit of a buzzword lately, and not all “coaches” are actually trained. I'm currently completing my Transformative Coaching Diploma with Animas Centre for Coaching, a school accredited by the Association for Coaching and aligned with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. My training includes observed practice, mentoring and supervision. Alongside it I bring a background in psychology and over a decade helping people grow in corporate Learning and Development.
It's a question I get asked a lot. Both give you space to pause, reflect and grow, but they focus on different things. Therapy often looks to the past, helping you understand and heal from experiences or emotions that might still be shaping how you feel today. Coaching looks at where you are now and where you want to go next: clarity, confidence, and taking action, with someone walking beside you as you explore what's possible. In transformative coaching we go a little deeper. It isn't just about setting goals or ticking boxes, it's about understanding yourself on a deeper level, noticing what might be holding you back, and learning to trust your own inner wisdom as you move forward.
Anything that feels important to you. Coaching isn't about fixing, it's about exploring what's going on beneath the surface and finding clarity in the areas that matter most. I want you to leave feeling empowered and like the most authentic version of you. Common themes: feeling stuck or overthinking decisions, navigating career or life changes, building confidence and self-trust, setting boundaries or finding balance, relationships, communication and dating, reconnecting with purpose or motivation. Sometimes you'll come with a clear focus, other times just a feeling that something needs to shift. Wherever you are, we start there.
Sessions are currently online via Microsoft Teams or Zoom, whichever you prefer. I coach clients across Europe, the Middle East and the USA, with flexible evening and daytime slots, so we find a time that works around your job rather than through it. Face-to-face sessions in Tel Aviv may be offered in the future.
Single sessions are £50 / 220 ILS, and coaching packages start at £180 / 780 ILS. You'll find every option, plus how the rates work, on the Packages page. Payment plans are available.
That's often exactly where coaching begins. You don't need a clear question to start, you just need to know something isn't working.
Book a free discovery call.
If you feel a pull toward change, even if you can’t fully articulate it yet, this is a space to explore it properly.
You don’t need someone to teach you who to become. You already have it within you.
Thirty minutes, no pressure. Tell me where you are, the real version. I’ll explain how I work and we’ll see together whether coaching is the right next step.
