My Approach

I’m a transformational and executive coach-in-training, psychology graduate, and qualified yoga teacher with over a decade of experience in corporate learning design and human development. My approach is grounded in psychology, professional training, and real-life experience - not quick fixes or one-day courses.

I work with people who are ready to discover and build on their inner strength. Those moments when you’re going through change and sense you could use some tools, guidance, or accountability.  My role is to help you slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your inner Self, so you can step into your next chapter with clarity and confidence.

I’m currently completing my Diploma in Transformational Coaching with Animas, a programme accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Association for Coaching (AC), and aligned with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). During my training, sessions are offered at a discounted rate - an opportunity for us to grow together through the process.

Why go on this journey with me?

My coaching journey began through being coached myself.​ At a time when I felt uncertain about my direction, coaching gave me the space, tools, and confidence to make some of the most important decisions of my life - from moving countries and navigating relationships, to shifting careers, starting my own business, and ultimately leaving the corporate world after more than a decade. That experience showed me how powerful it is to have a coach for reflection and reconnect with your authentic self. I suddenly felt empowered to set goals whilst being held accountable without feeling alone or pressured. 

 

Having always been drawn to psychology and personal growth, my original goal was to become a therapist. I completed two certificates in psychotherapy and counselling, and explored a potential path into therapy. But it was coaching that truly transformed me; it helped me bridge reflection with action, turning awareness into empowerment.

 

Now, I help others do the same.  Coaching with me isn’t about fixing or reflecting so much on your past - it’s about empowering you to trust yourself, embrace what feels true, and step into the life you want to create. I offer a non judgemental space help empower you to be the best most authentic version of yourself.

Step 1: Free 30 minute discovery call

Your journey begins with a free 30 minute discovery call.

 

This is a relaxed conversation where we explore what’s bringing you to coaching, what you’d like to gain, and whether we’re the right fit to work together. It’s a chance for you to ask questions and get a feel for how coaching could support you.

Step 2: Personalised coaching sessions

If we decide to work together, we’ll begin your personalised coaching journey -  a space designed entirely around you: your pace, your goals, and your growth. Each session lasts around 60 minutes.

 

Sessions are currently held online via Microsoft Teams, with in-person and beach walk coaching coming soon

What I Offer: 

Free Kickstarter Session

After the free discovery session, your first 60-minute session is free while I’m in training. It’s a chance to experience coaching, explore what you’d like to focus on, and see if we’re the right fit.

Single Sessions - 80 ILS / £18

Ideal if you’d like clarity or support with something specific. Or test the waters a little bit more. I offer a focused space to pause, reflect, and find direction on a particular situation or decision. 

3-Session Package (3-6 weeks) -

200 ILS / £45

A great place to start. Three sessions give us time to explore your goals, uncover what’s beneath the surface, and begin putting insight into practice.

The 5-Session Package (5–12 weeks)

320 ILS / £70 

Five sessions offer continuity, accountability, and space to deepen progress and integration.

Ongoing: Reflection & Support

Between sessions, you’ll have the space to reflect on insights, try new approaches, and integrate what we discuss into daily life.

I’ll share reflection prompts or tools if helpful, all aimed at supporting your ongoing personal development and well-being.

Coaching is a journey of self-discovery, and each session builds on the last to help you grow in awareness and confidence.

What is the difference between coaching & therapy?

It’s a question I get asked a lot. Both coaching and therapy give you space to pause, reflect, and grow but they focus on different things. Therapy often looks to the past. It helps you understand and heal from experiences or emotions that might still be shaping how you feel today. Coaching looks at where you are now and where you want to go next. It’s about clarity, confidence, and taking action, with someone walking beside you as you explore what’s possible. In transformational coaching, we go a little deeper. It’s not just about setting goals or ticking boxes, it’s about understanding yourself on a deeper level, noticing what might be holding you back, and learning to trust your own inner wisdom as you move forward.

What qualifications do you have? I see so many people becoming "life coaches" now?

It’s true! Coaching has become a bit of a buzzword lately, and not all “coaches” are actually trained. I’m currently completing my Transformational Coaching Diploma with Animas Centre for Coaching, a school accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Association for Coaching (AC), and aligned with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). This means the programme meets internationally recognised standards for professional coaching covering over 100 hours of accredited training, observed practice, mentoring, and supervision. Alongside this, I bring over a decade of experience in learning design and psychology, helping people grow, build confidence, and connect with their purpose. I’m also committed to ongoing learning and reflective practice... because great coaching isn’t a one-time qualification, it’s a lifelong commitment to growth.

What kinds of topics can we explore together?

Anything that feels important to you. Coaching isn’t about fixing, it’s about exploring what’s going on beneath the surface and finding clarity in the areas that matter most. I aim to make you feel empowered and the most authentic version of YOU! Some of the themes clients often bring include: Feeling stuck or overthinking decisions - Navigating career or life changes - Building confidence and self-trust - Setting boundaries or finding balance - Improving relationships,  communication & dating goals. - Reconnecting with purpose or motivation - Sometimes you might come with a clear focus, other times you might just have a feeling that something needs to shift.
