My Story

I’d always known I wanted to make a career change at some point,  I just kept waiting for the “right time.” Life was comfortable enough, work was familiar, and it was easy to keep going without questioning it too deeply. I was enjoying the flow of life enough. Then I went through a big life change, and it became impossible to ignore what I’d been pushing aside. I realised I couldn’t keep running on autopilot. I wasn’t coping the way I used to, and it forced me to stop and reflect on what I was actually doing with my life. I wasn’t unhappy, but I also wasn’t fulfilled. Something felt off, and that feeling slowly started touching other areas of my life: my confidence, motivation, and sense of direction.

I’d always been interested in therapy and personal development, and I’d already done a lot of inner work. But I reached a point where I needed something more forward-focused — something that could help me explore what I really wanted and actually take steps towards it. That’s when someone suggested coaching.

I went in without big expectations, but coaching surprised me. It helped me see patterns I hadn’t noticed, clarify what mattered to me, and build the confidence to make intentional choices rather than default ones. Those sessions helped me reconnect with what I’d always known quietly in the background: I wanted a career where I supported people through meaningful change.

That’s ultimately what led me here. Now, I support people who sense they’re ready for “something different” — whether that means a shift in direction, clearer purpose, or simply reconnecting with themselves. Coaching gave me the structure and accountability I needed to move forward, and now I help others do the same in a way that feels grounded, achievable, and authentic.

If you’re feeling that pull toward change — even if you’re not sure what it looks like yet — you’re already on your way. I’d love to support you in exploring it.
